Anyways, I think alot of <ER>'s come out of the gate thinking, if I can just keep up hosting like this for 3-6 months I'll be promoted. When they dont get it, its a setback, and somewhere around that time they start to die down in hosts. Im not talking about everyone, just that I've seen it happen before to some good hosters.

Or they get fired for some stupid reason. Much like Lefty, Method, and Dimboy. Probably 3 of the <ER>'s who hosted the most at thier given time of staff.

Dimboy probably deserved it, but lefty/Method shouldnt of been fired, simply bc they hosted more then all the other staffers combine.

So wait, as long as an ER hosts alot they shouldn't be fired for abuse? I know that all 3 of the people you mentioned were rightfully accused of abuse at various times in their staff careers, my personal feelings about them aside.

Swimkid's a great addition to staff, but honestly being an ER is a very taxing job, with a deserving attrition rate. This zone can really wear on a host, and when that happens they need to be let go no matter how much they've hosted.
