if a defending team has the ball it's almost impossible to break their defense as long as they're remotely competent.
the ball powerup is totally hax.
i don't see a way to make it balanced, so it should be removed.

i think it's fine the way it is, and if they change it based on just your opinion alone, then I will tell every player in pub, not to agree with this, because when I play pub, you bet I want a interesting element/mechanic to keep me even more entertained, and playing pub.
