bot locking me out of jav

I'm still having regular problems with the bot locking me out of jav. It thinks I'm tking but I'm not. When you're a high-impact player you're doing 10x as much stuff as everyone else. Bombs get repped, team members get killed in 'worth it' scenarios, etc. Whatever the bot's threshold is it doesn't account for how many kills, teks, etc you got too. So here I am, logging off again, because of this shit bot.

As someone who has played pub with Rab, I can say the bot is functioning 100 percent as intended. The guy is a tk machine with no clue how to jav.
