Elim2 and Baseelim2 thoughts...

Well, now that the ref's are back up it would seem my temp replacements for them are rather pointless...but I got bored today so I added a voting system fixed a few things up and the only difference between my bot and Robo Ref is the ranking system which could probly be added ezily.

So, what do you guys think? Should we try to get the baseelim2 to a 1000 hour usage like elim2 and have my bots in elim2 and baseelim2 so we could have elims with skilled (hopefully at 1000+ hours) or just let my bots die?

no, if i (or someone else) adds a rank system it will probably not be the same (baseelim rank won't = baseelim2 rank and elim rank won't = elim2 rank)

ok, this poll thing doesn't seem to be changable so if you wanted to vote for more than 1 of those, ex. bot and no usage or bot and 1000hour etc, post ur other choice here

baseelim2 and elim2 would be great idea. !!! Since the bot is made by Jacen Solo

and also, it won't crowd the whole elim arena to 60+ and make the arena lag

if u have a second baseelim2 / elim2, make sure the score never resets unless they specifically ask for one through a long and strenous form that requires a five dollar deposit.

ummm...no...the bot has to scorereset to run a game...it checks the # of deaths you have whenever you die to know wether you need to be specced or not

he is talking about elim2 ranks. in elim they get reseted every 3 months or so.

Hmm, are you sure about that in the real robo_refs. I am sure I was told one time that scoreresetting someone will not affect their score.

You can't bring a alias on to play in elim2...this would be like the "elite" elims where people wouldn't just jump in just to play (i think...) but would actually try their best to win because alot of people don't have multiple names over 1000 hours but getting a name over 36 hours is really easy. If you want to bring an alias on to play, you can play it in elim or baseelim

no, people want it, I talked to 2 upper staff people one said he thinks it'd be cool the other said he'd think about it. The only person that has said no to me so far has been Rodge, and really....what he says about it doesn't matter because it's an upper staff decisions...and if he doesn't want to talk to them for me I'll find some time to cry over it later but the people whose opinions do matter semi-know me and I can talk to them myself
