Simple solution is to the shark mining problem is make sharks have to wait at least 10 seconds before being able to lay another mine. Problem solved .Next

Why do shark bomb take some much energy to lay but to plop a mine it doesn't take much I think. Is there a bug that needs to be fixed? If so, where are my $$$s for finding it? Y not make them equal? It kind of does what space shark talks about.
