PETITION TO SAVE ELIM FROM JESSUP

There's nothing wrong with the game format. Everyone else except Jessup manages to play it just fine. The problem is Jessup. Fix the problem.

Players like Burnt, Metalkid, Lasenza, Dak, and many others have been running and lobbing in elim for the past 20 years. It may not have ever been to the degree of what Jessup does but I'm not sure why you guys are acting like this is something new. There is no rule and there will never be a rule that will force players to rush at eachother and fight r1/r2 battles because that is simply impossible to enforce outside of a jousting competition. If Jessup is straight up running away or hiding in a corner, you can certainly report him and staff will intervene as that is not allowed.

It would be far more productive to brainstorm ideas on how to fix what you perceive to be an issue as opposed to just chanting "ban jessup" because of how much of a meme he has become in the community. If you all believe that a player utilizing a strategy to stay alive in a game mode that's literally designed to reward staying alive, that seems more like a design flaw.

Change elim game style to more of a most kills type of gameplay then imo

Forces people to get better as a whole for the community it'll be far more vulching etc but that's already pretty prevalent in tw culture at least this way elims will be more exciting and incentivize fighting instead of hiding

It'll also rope in much more skilled players to actually play too imo and the rounds wont fucking last 20 minutes for no skill players that have managed to lame their way to the endgame of each round
only the 'mvp' at the end of the game should get any kind of ranking

This will force this scum to actually fight and staff does nothing while she hides/runs from me 1v1

Just remove her from twd-elim database sort of like how new aliases are disconnected from elim ranks... This way when the real elim ends the rest of us can jump in and practice while jessup can do her fake reccing for a "win" tactic as well (the wins all in her delusional head anyways - same difference as the wins that she manages to lame her way to "victory" that nobody but her considers a win)

I believe the best course of action is to continue hunting him in elim and forcing him into battles if he refuses to engage in any as well as not picking him for any twd matches if you all collectively believe he is that awful to play with/against until he makes an effort to become a changed man and actually tries to fight people before the end of rounds.

Hate the game, not the player. As long as what he is doing is okey by rulebook, then there is nothing to complain. I think correct solution is to start bringing down the timer and tie it to number of players left in game. So if there are 2 players left in game, they are given for example 5 mins to fight it out or player with higher kill count wins. It is easy fix.
