  • Poll: Should the lag limits in elim change?

Currently the lag limits are quite high, not exactly sure what the numbers are so maybe someone can post that. It allows all sorts of crazy bullshit to occur, and no amount of using !lag or ?cheater will help because "it's within limits".

I believe all bots should have the !lag command, with sensible limits e.g. 200ms 0.5%, but this poll is for elim only.

2 week timeout on the poll.

I would keep ping limit around 300ms as we do not want to region lock players out of any league or arena. It is also perfectly fine to play against high latency players as long as their ping time is stable and not stuttering.

However packet loss and spike limits need to be much stricter. This type of lag is disruptive and annoying to deal with for most players.

It is also a known bug that bots do not always check players lag information at regular intervals like it should thus allowing players to lag check would be a step in the right direction. Other zones have enabled this option as well in their leagues for a good reason.
