    Don't bother asking for balance

    The mere fact that the current settings exist means whoever is in charge doesn't know/care about balance

      I would say that pub's only remaining problem is unbalanced teams. There are players who refuse to switch or play on smaller attacking team. This is pretty hard to fix.
