This could be a good idea if done a lil differently. the ?retire <name> command should be used as a way so that no one could use that name again without the users pw. They would also have to make some other command like ?namedissolve <name> or sumthin so someone else could choose it, but i doubt anyone would do this so w/e.What's a signature?
