Photoshop and too much time, the resolution is 300 and everything is a vector so there wouldn't be quality loss if I made it uber large. On some of the lines I used some short cuts but just modifying the original pencil lines. However I decided not to color or shade it (most likely) because it isn't the most three dimensional objected I've ever seen.
