The draft tournament was fun but it was ruined by a lot of people. Unless someone bans the people that didn't show up for games last year, there is no point in running it.

I still think there should be a staffer who places all these things in an calendar. Kinda like building up a TV-program, you don't want two good things to overlap and you don't want to have a long break in between the programs.

ie. week 1-week 12 2005 reserved for TWL
week 13-week 15 open for suggestions
week 16 BWC

and so on.

The draft tournament Idea is great but it never worked. Both DT that took place were ruined. I think the main problem is that ppl dont care enough for their Draft Team.
During the first 2, 3 weeks ppl still shows for games etc but at the end....
no one is there, some teams forfeit and the fun is over.
I think there shouldnt be a Draft tournament again if anything changes.
But I hope they do some improvments because I really love the idea, specially when we dont have TWL.

My team showed up pretty well, I think teams had too many players..less players per team and few teams more. I know it would be bad time for draft tourny since twl starts on jan but i dont see a reason why not to do it again for example after twl...?

Sucks to all the other events. And I agree with Cuji. Less players per team, and a handful more teams. Anything worth playing is worth being played by more than the people that are just "known."

The Draft Tourny should be a way to scout out new talent or whatnot, not as a reassurance that the good people are still good.

Do I get to permanently take Nickname's spot as Captain again? I had fun with it, mostly because the team that Nickname picked for me showed up. People do shitty things as with everything, but I think all in all this one might be better, especially after these two organized events. Before we jump the gun though, I guess it's best to see how well these two events (BWC and TWSBL) turn out activity wise.

TWSBL already has 2 squads disqualified for too many forfiets. :P

Draft tournament will never work.

It works ins ports because players are paid to show up. They don't care if they're friends are on other teams, it's their job to playw ell for their team. In ss nobody is paid, thus nobody cares about the team, thus they don't show up unless they get to play with there buddies (did i mention recently that merce is 14 and gay. He likes fucking people in the ass. That kind of gay)
