Baseelim: Cloaker Race

Can we either fix or (better yet) just plain eliminate the cloaker race from baseelim? It doesn't work, and it's a waste of everybody's time.

Why don't we just scream at the creator

or we could remove sharks/terrs/weasels from baseelim and throw them in some other elim along with the lancs/spiders/levi's from elim.
