    HopOne tried connecting to me with a trojan

    Yea. And then TW went down.
    Error messege:
    A computer with the IP address 66.36.241.110 attempted to connect to your computer using Default Block DeepThroat Trojan horse.

    I traced it (with my firewall, its an option) and here are some details:

    What's going on folks? Isn't HopOne one of TW's main internet providers? And then after that, TW was disconnected..

    Ironically, all the other zones were green, except for Trench Wars. Someone explain to me what happened please?

      It might just be a random Internet computer. I wouldn't worry about that. There are infected computers all there that try random IPs to see if ports are open or if other security holes exist. As long as you have a decent firewall you should be fine.

        I've been talking with Qan about this.. and I might have discovered some analogies about all this.

                          But I would rather connect through a router that isn't Hopone.net as they have huge ploss ;p

                          Maybe someone who used this trojan connected to your computer through a hopone router? It was most likely a "routine" port scan trying to find an unprotected computer to infect.

                          It has nothing to do with Speedhacking Xog, Speedhacking is when you use a program to speed up your computer's clock, speeding up everything, including continuum. You see people use it on CounterStrike too.

                          Btw, what Firewall do you have?

                              DeepThroat is manually controlled and the server has to be sent to you and you have to open it to be applied and for someone to try and connect to your computer.
