This is a graphic substitute I made to help people who want to learn to jav a bit. It's not going to make u "elite" but it should help. What it is, is a graphic that makes it so when you shoot and your bomb bounces off a tile, it shows a dark blue ring (300 pixels diameter) around that bomb, showing how close you can be to the bomb when it hits another object in order to not receive any damage (BombExplodePixels.)
NOTE: When you get the image, change it from a JPEG to a 256 Color BMP and save it in your Continuum\graphics folder as bombs.bm2
IMPORTANT: Make sure you save a backup file of the original bombs.bm2, for when you would like to switch back to it.
NOTE 2: This new graphic file does not contain the animation, or rotation, or spinning of the bomb, or whatever you call it, since its only a tool for learning.
NOTE 3: This did make subspace a little bit laggy for me once, but it hasn't since the first couple days, dont know if it was even the file for that matter, but just beware that it is a rather large file once converted to .bm2 (BMP)
Here is a screenshot of what a bomb looks like after it bounced, and one that hasn't bounced yet. If you're wondering why the background is pure black, thats because I set it to that, (helps me play) its not something that the file will do for you.
Here is the actual file (once again, convert it to .bm2 before you save it) and I recommend only using it for Trench Wars, since I only did the appropriate bombs that Trench Wars settings use. :P
Enjoy!
