?cheater calls

Hi you dear staffers. Maybe you should tell when you are going for a ?cheater call so the one that did it, knows it is being handeled and wont do it again. So you don't need to warn after someone does it 4 times in 30 minutes because he isn't sure is someone handling it.

I agree. Most of the time when someone reports using ?cheater they dont even tell you that they saw it and are working on it, so you do it again and get warned for spam.. I hate that.

That's not the point. The point is, he's being warned for ?cheater abuse because he has no idea if people are responding to it or not. Of course he should not be warned for this if there's no one to take the call anyways.... but how is he to know? Knowing the circumstance of the situation, I couldn't tell you if he was wronged or not, but overall, being warned for using ?cheater twice because you have no idea if someone saw the last one you put up 5 (or more) minutes ago isn't right.

well, if the person that does the ?cheater is purposely doing things that'll make the person he did the call against do stuff to him, he could stop when the staffer says he's working on it... by remaining quiet, they are able to determine who's truely at fault.

There is a command for the bot to tell the reporter that the staffer is handling the situation. If the staffer didn't indicate that they are in fact handling the cheater call, it is their fault 100%.

Yomama!! had a nice thing set up where when he was answering the call you would get a message saying "Your cheater call is being answered and bla bla" I think this should be an enforced rule for staff to follow.
