I've been playing tw I think for about 3 years now, and the reason I've excelled to such incredible levels is my unmatched skill and unparalelled sex appeal.

The best way to get ahead is to take a picture of your penis and show it to anyone who's willing to look... it secured me a spot on pallies, and it even got me on staff (they removed me from staff when they realized that it wasn't really my penis at all, but a photoshopped picture of the top of rogermexico's head).

There are two ways to get into "good" or at least stable squads. The first is just be really good. The second is getting to know people. It seems like from the responses here that many people don't know who you are, and perhaps if you are going to pick and new name and want to build a rep, you will actually have to socialize more Remember SS is inherently a social game, and just like in real life, the quiet guy in the back never gets noticed.

To clarify about staff, ERs are responsible for hosting games, and Moderators are responsible for catching cheaters (although they too can host). Getting on staff is also about knowing people. Not necessarily sucking up. I got on staff without ever sucking up to anyone or trying to win anyone's approval.

Why did people call you annoying? My guess is that if they didn't know who you are, then they would call you that. Because many "newbies" are in this game asking for weird stuff, and thus are generally ignored (this is a social phenomenon that extends outside of SS believe it or not). If you want people to actually know who you are, perhaps try talking more in elim and baseelim where people actually converse instead of staying in pub. Or maybe post more on the message boards.

In a way you remind me of Troll King before he started posting a lot on the boards and then got well known

It's a shame this carefully crafted pity story isn't remotely related to reality. That chat was supposed to be closed, I don't know how or why you got in as none of us knew you. You set up camp, interfered in several things that were going on there, made some retarted remarks, and everyone made clear their preference that you weren't there. After that somebody decided to ask you to leave, I do however wish that had been done in private and not in the chat. Either way, someone asked you to leave, you asked why, you were told why.

But seriously, noble attempt at a smear campaign. My advice to you is to be less concerned with what people think, less desperate, and accept that squads are allowed to maintain their chats so that everyone's comfortable.

I guess playing pub, pub, and some more pub is meaningless when all the important people play elim or priv. But, its my thing, I love playing this game and pub is like a gigantic slut... it's always there and anyone can play, whereas priv basing is like a normal woman; meaning you only get to play occasionally and the only perk is no little kids are mouthing off at you while you play.
