If you right-click on the banner, and go to Save As, you can save the banners. Just select the Continuum/banners directory and save them there, and they will show up in your banner list in the game.

EDIT: Lol, the guy above me edited his post. He originally asked how to save the banners.

Well I saved all the banners into the directory but for some reason they aren't all showing up on there. I checked to make sure they were all saved the same way and everything (.bmp) but it just seems that some do not appear on the list when i do esc+b

Yeah, you're right... really strange. If you open the banner in any program and save it again it will show up. The easiest way to do that is to press alt+tab in the game so that the alternate chat window comes up, then hit Edit -> Create/Edit banners, then open the banner you want and edit it/save it again. I have no idea why you have to do that, but it's the only way I could get banners from that site to work.

Open up the banners you download, and re-save them as 24-bit bitmaps. Then they'll appear in your banner list.

Well banners are actually 256 colors by default. But yeah, the problem is that somewhere between bannerbot ripping the banner and saving it from the webpage to your computer, the image gets converted to a different format depending on how many colors are in the banner. Your webbrowser probably does it I guess. Strange that the banner editor can open them, but Subspace can't. <_<
