New log utility

I notice it screws up names with tags like <ZH>, <ER> etc because HTML screws it up because it thinks it's supposed to be an HTML tag... if you are able to, converting < to &lt; and > to &gt; would work.

got it to work now too

very nice DB, makes readin log a lot easier!

but it doesn't convert the chats into orange on my logs, they are blue too.

but again, nice work! keep on improving it :P
