My name (rockman) has been stolen by Voth

Okay, so Voth wanted to trade me the name, "spear" for the name, "rockman". I say, hey why not, spear's a cool name, so we trade. Now below, is exactly what happened from the time we switched passwords, to where I am now.

spear> yeah dude
me> okay, my pw = *******
me> ?find spear

I enter as SaiyanSoldier

rockman (voth)> okay the pw is ******

I enter as spear, the password works. I change the pw.

I then, enter as SaiyanSoldier, since this was 30 minutes prior to my LD.

me> ?find spear
Spear is in SSCU Redstar
me> wtf voth? what are you doing?

I then exit as SaiyanSoldier, and re enter as spear, only to find it say, Invalid Password.

I enter again as SaiyanSoldier

5 minutes later...rockman (voth) appears

rockman> yo man you get it?
me> no wtf you changed the pw, you tricked me
rockman> what? no i was here the whole time.

Before this whole event, voth said he did not have the ?lp to spear, and I too, did not have the ?lp to rockman.

I'm actually really confused right now, so this is why I am writing this while it's fresh in my memory, but the fact remains:

I can't get on spear.
I can't get on SS for a couple of hours since I've logged on too many times with the wrong pw, so there goes the LD.

I'm not sure if voth tricked me. I don't know why it said spear is in SSCU Redstar right after Voth gave me the name and right after I changed the pw to it, so that itself is a possibility that he DID have the ?lp to it and re entered in a different zone to change the pw.

Perhaps he payed some other guy 10000 $ to use the name spear, then traded it to you, and then the real owner lp'd it back
