I have stopped swimming in the rock pools a few days ago. Now instead of 40 minutes swimming, I substitute it with 40 minutes power walk - usually on the beaches or around the cliffs. Nothing beats burning the fat in the cold wind. Colon minus pee. -

Finland (whatever filthy pagan city you people live near) or Toronto, 2004. (Give a year or so for everyone to make plans and save up.) My vote would be for Toronto since its less plane work.... more like bus and foot work... for me and some other peeps I know who're in Ontario.... but my lungs would have to agree with the Amsterdam suggestion. It'd kill two birds with one stone for most of us; a chance to meet other players and see the coffeeshops.
Its a toss up, but a TW/SS convention would rock.

But most likely it's not going to work because other people's moms or dads will say no and well you know the rest.
And then there is the fear that no one will show up so that would be another reason.Comment

how about different legs of it:
a Southern leg, an Eastern leg, a Western leg, central leg ,and a canadian/northern leg.
southern leg meets in georgia/florida
eastern leg meets in maryland/rhode island/new york-ish
western leg meets in cali or something
central meets in colorado, texas-ish
and canadian meets in toronto/montreal ishI dont play this game anymore.Comment
