I get perverse pleasure out of waiting cloaked by the safes, and some levs when they get there fire a last shot towards the base. Took them like five minutes to get to the safe. Fun.

i don't think they should , helps to much in there levi sprint to the safe.

Yes, this is good, but i believe a levi should have an energy level of 1600. with full energy, a level 3 bullet could never kill it, only lower it to practically empty. the levi rarely has full energy though and takes a very long time to recharge and would still be an ease to kill. the 1600 energy would result in a few lives saved in some situations though

No, that would add to the number of greened levis, increase the population of levi terrs. More people would be a levi, because they want to try the new levi. That would decrease the number of players inside the base which would then destroy the purpose of the levi terrier (killing large groups of people in base) cause they would all be levi terring and not basing. This could lead to levi terr vs levi terr duels which is more or less just a game of chicken - "How close can I get before warping away?".

i think levis should have x radar just cos its a pain in the ass getting x'ed all the bloody time. esp once u kill somone, they get in x and hunt u for hours then...... but take something else off the levi to compensate for gaining x radar - remove something like stealth
