Who is currently -trying- to deal with complain emails, because it seems to me that sending a complaint email is like talking to a wall.
Maybe I should just do as everyone else does, and try my luck in a rant-thread on the forum.

Maybe the person I complaint about is the person that reads those mails, or is biased towards him.

As far as I know, the email address is one that all SMod+ staff guys can read. That doesn't mean that they all read it though.
