I am the one who deals with the emails sent to bans@trenchwars.org. I will admit that the last couple weeks have been a little rough, which is largely due to college. I also make a much greater effort to respond as soon as possible to the bans that without a doubt require changing, as opposed to those that do not. However, if you send me an email saying you were banned for teamkilling with your version of the story, and the moderator responsible for the ban gives me a different story, there really isn't a lot I can do. I've got to trust the staff, otherwise anyone could complain and slip through the cracks.

This of course isn't the best place to respond to you, but I'd like to think of it as a more generalized response to all those who believe their bans are unfair. The bottom line is that if a mod gives me a different story than I am given from the banner user, the ban most likely will not be changed. The system definately isn't flawless, because staff isn't flawless, and unfortunately that is something that probably won't ever change.

Can you not do something about the 'flaws' i.e. make sure there is some evidence. . .screenshots, logs or whatever. Atleast that is more evidence that just a 'story'.
