I agree, it's quite easy to get around the killing power of Arrogant.. I was told that all you have to do is message ElimAlert, BaseAlert, BElimalert, etc. with !on and do ?away afk .. Whenever those alerts Private Message you saying that the game will start and your away goes off. bot sees you as not idle

Probably shouldn't go around telling everyone and defeating the purpose of the bot, lol.

I wouldnt mind if it only disconnected me when i'm afk. But I like to sit in my priv arena (away from blue spam) and check email, or talk on msn - and occasionally look into ss to read what's going on in my chats.

some bots can be programmed to die. like mervbots can die when u shoot bullets anywhere on the map.

i think mr. arrogant 2 has more purposes than just pissing off Rab and disconnecting people. i think thats how staff keeps track of everyones alternate names and stuff and takes down IPs and whatever, so they can check for cheaters/double squadders and stuff. i think it has other purposes too. seriously, its not that big of a deal. if they had called it AznDarkSamuraiDragon123 or something commonly gay like that, i'm pretty sure you'd never notice that its even a bot. You'd probably ignore it altogether just because you're too "elite"

If coming into the same arena as you once every hour or so is really that disturbing, how do you manage to play the game at all with all these people coming and going all the time.

And if you're afk.... just log the fuck out.

It pisses me off because i go to check on chat to find i've been disconnected, I like to be online even when i'm not playing to keep an eye on chat so I know what's going on.

Well it appears that Rab is the one that is complaining about Mr Arrogant, not you due. You can stay in TW all you like, unless of course you too are complaining, with which what I gotta say to you is: "suck it up"

To regular players, there are no local chats that you would want to be able to monitor when you're afk.

edit: ok so you still can't access TW local chats but it's not as timeconsuming as quitting, changing zone and changing back once you want to play again.

Have you guys actually been to around 75% of other SSC zones?

At times, 90% of the population is afk, little playing actually happens.

Some people might like that but if people go afk in pub - with our relatively low population per pub cap - games would turn into very small fights in spawn.
