TRENCH WARS INTERVIEW CENTER WEEK 1.
Lunch3
Question: When did you first Started Playing Subspace/Continuum, and
how did you found about it?
Around september...1999 I believe.
Question: How did you selected the name Lunch3?
like how it always says 'killed by lunch' like ur food ate u, but someone had lunch so I added 3 to make it sound like 'free lunch' and i liked the number 3 i guess, lol.
Question: What zones do you fly/play?
just trenchwars...sometimes desert storm.
Question: Have you ever been staff in any zone before?
Nope, too lazy
Question: What leagues do you play?
Not anymore, just play basing and pub for fun, play twbd games i guess
Question: You were a captain of Rejected Basers, How did you fell
about being a captain of one of the best training squads around?
I feel really proud, ask anyone and they'll tell you almost the whole basing community started there, well at least more so by far than any other squad.
Question: You recently left RB, May We ask Why?
Well I left once before before of melodrama arguements with other leaders at that time (this was a year ago). They were upset that I was taking a lot of glory and that I was arrogant or whatever. Wasn't fun at that point so I just left. Squad fell apart after that and I rejoined a few months later out of guilt. But squad was reinvigorated. Being a captain was stressful though, and I joined the Navy and went to boot camp, when I got back I realized I didn't have enough time for leadership anymore because of my military career, I wanted to be in a stable squad that I didn't have to worry about tough times and just relax and play games.
Question: Who started Rejected Basers? For those Non-Basers out their
they must know.
Worstplayerever started the squad with Paul Oakenfold I'm pretty sure. Then Paul left for his own valid reasons and Heavenscent took over, I joined around this time. I helped rebuild and train the squad then making myself up squad ladder to captain. We were very kickass but still lacked a core base. After I left, and squad got a 6-4 record in twlb and STILL didn't make playoffs, that was probably a major reason it didn't survive and it went downhill from there in the form of a major exodus. RB still has some very good players and I think it is stable enough now I hope to survive and continue basing.
Question: You are in the Navy, how does the Navy fell for you?
It feels good, starting my career here very well being in charge of 21 students this early. We are doing very well in academics and if we maintain our average all our names will go on a plaque saying we had the highest class average out of all classes in Nuclear 'A' school in the last 10 years. So yes it feels good and meaningful here.
Question: When does your navy school ends?
I have another year and 5 months of school here, all having to do with nuclear engineering, after that I'm in the fleet, on a submarine, with a rank of second class petty officer if nothing really bad happens.
Question: How long will you be staying with Subspace/Continuum Community?
No idea about the future, but when I'm not thousands of feet underneath the ocean surface and have my laptop hooked up to the internet I'll probably be around.
Question: What do you see in Subspace/Continuum in over the next few years?
A striving free game based community where bonds and teamwork can strive. Only problem is it is too addicting.
Question: What do you want to see Subspace/Continuum improving?
Less 'noobs', less people making fun of each other and say they 'own' them, keep the game real and fun. More help from old established squads in recruiting new players and adding to continued strength of the basing community.
That Was Lunch3's Interview! We ill be choosing other people in the next week or so.
