Why can I only play Zone66?

For the last three days I get specced and disconnected when I go in another arena than zone66. My ping is low, only S2C is over 15% and I get disconnected for no data all the time.

I always get d/ced for no data.. bUt then I have a sucky 56k. I dunno about that zone66 thing. Weird.

The only zone I can't go in is zone66 cos I get d/ced of no data. heh.

i went in zone66 for 5 minutes the other day and my ploss spiked to 20%. closed continuum and came back, ploss was normal. probably irrelevent information.

1. I get not disconnected when I am in spec.
2. Sometimes I don't get disconnected but specced for no data or packetloss.
3. I've got 256K modem.
4. It's been 4 days now.

In trace, packetloss appears first in hop 3:
