How about this. In Dream Theater's song Scene Six: Home at about 8:20 there is %12.
Leading me to believe it's either from some famous porn movie or then it's just on some effects cd (like the ones they use in radio!) under "female orgasm".
I also heard someone find the victory music from some song, but I can't remember which.
Oh and the proposal for the "terrier down" etc sounds. Wouldn't work. In theory you could force everyone to download soundpack like that, but normal people can't do sounds that are heard by others, and this won't be changed.
