Hmm, once the basic principle of sharking is understood then most do it well. Misjudging when to mine is probably the most common mistake. There is no bad place to mine, only bad times to put it there. I have sharked with most of those mentioned above and would agree that they all know what to do and when to do it. ~Peace~

Ur partialy right. Like u said, once u get that basics of sharking u can be a decent/good shark, but what makes these other sharks like a2m be an "elite" shark is that there are a few times a game (some games alot some not) when the shark has to decide something quick or just go with his gut instinct. Thats what makes those guys good bc they make the right one most of the time. Plus when ur unexpierienced or something, even if u know the basics you will have more a chance of having an attach death then others and stupid stuff like that. Just little things, but when u add up all those little things in just 1 TWLB game it makes a differnce.

Btw, if we talk about aggressive sharks, Greven is atm the best killer in flag room. I've seen him fly around flag room alone, kill two spiders, and then still have reps left for delaying his death. Gnome was amazing too when he played.

I lay mines all over the fucking place just to keep the terrier contained or to screw with the other spiders. That's always fun. But I find myself mining about 4 times as much in ?go base than ?go twbd

I love those threads about ships in basing... you cant try to find the best shark/spid/terr/basejav/basebird because ?go base/TWBD/TWLB are team games.

You can't compare ships because you'll need them all to win. If your sharks are $$$ but your terr and your spids suck, you wont win and no one will remember the work this amazing shark did.

You shouldnt make lists about only 1 ship... If you wanna make a list, try to make a 'whole lineup list'. And this one would be similar to the Allstar-Voting (if you make actually lists)...

Well if people make a whole line-up list, they will make it by thinking who are the best in every ship. No one can think of all the combination possibilities and figure out what would work the best. (With the exception of shark pairs maybe, but that already limits it to people who have played together many games.)

Of course if the team with amazing shark loses, the shark will be remembered less, but still the other team can think "damn that shark gave us a lot of trouble". If the shark really is the best shark around, the team's chances for winning are better. And it's not just one game, if the shark's team loses one game, they might win the next and everyone will see how good he is.
