    This was said just now in baseelim spec chat. I've never really thought about it, but it really is.

    I guess each zone could be considered a little town in a small county/state. Each has it's own little community, but you can still visit others. It has it's sports events (Leagues) with some of the famous players winning often. It has the administration (I guess staff could be compared to a council), there's the criminals (cheaters)...
