Cami was as good as Spastic in season 6. Seeing how Spastic won TWL-B that season, Cami obviously must've had a chance too. Perhaps you also remember the close Cami vs. Diso match that season with the flag jupe. Diso was still very good that season.

Some of these Spastic vs. Cami matches were better and more fun than 99% of the basing matches I've played ever after. I just need to defend these guys .

Anyway, I've been told that they're just about fun now.

That year spastic wasnt that great during the regular season. They improved every week as the season went along and when playoffs hit spastic was on top of there game. Thats why they won. They werent elite and "unbeatable" or anything that whole season long.

Plus didnt cami die midseason that year? or did they even make it 1/2 way through the season. So obviously they played spastic in the begining part of the year when spastic was probably only the 4th or 5th best squad at that time.

that season Cami were the only ones to come close beating diso during regular season and playoffs (I think they lost by 90 points or 1 flag kill) not counting the final of course. But when spastic played diso in regular season they didn't even kill wp but were by far the better team in the final.

pretty wrong to say they sucked the first time round as they had a very strong roster and revolutionized basing as we know it.

i mvpd vs cami, can't remember if i did vs spastic in regular season (just know it was another easy game), spastic was just fortunate that i couldn't possibly make playoffs (was in mid-summer) and the line we had a perfect regular season with (10:0) was damaged. cami and spastic should battle for the title of most overrated squad ever. heh.

i wanna see what these guys are about, so much talk about them.. they have solid sharks anyway so im pretty sure thats a good start, putting a bunch of good spiders together isnt that hard (especially considering their big name)

Dunno, afaik, they were bunch of pubbers (?) Pasco got together. Now they're in a similar situation, if they want to start again, they have to gather new people. And I really don't know what this all fuss is about, they weren't THAT good. Spastic's cram was harder than Cami's. (I played them in TWL with wr) And if Spastic had died after that season and now came back, what would people think?

And what is Nockm doing in that roster?

It's just another squad forming, it's too early to say if they'll even be worth paying attention to. :P A lot of their former first tier players are inacitve these days anyway.
