Before, training was largely peer to peer with ERs helping ERs. I don't think they're doing a particularly bad job, but it could be better.

Tw's <ER>'s are hosting all day long just to make this zone more fun to play. I think there was a post about their activity somewhere. If you think they are bad hosts then you shall think that they host for you not for themselves, they sit in spec (most of the time) and watches so everything goes as smoothly for the players as possible.
