I don't know if this is true but when u get d/c for staying in safe too long and when u reenter with the ship u sat in safe, does it keeps the bty?
I thought yes, but I am too lazy to try it out (btw I would be spec due high lag anyways).

No it does not, in Trench Wars server settings (server.ini) that think is disabled. You will keep the bounty if you quit/die too, if that feature is enabled.
