Tourny safety...

My complaint is about the ?go tourny arena... You step out of safety and some lamer gets in spider and kicks you off server, you come back and game has already started...

I know, stay in safe, but sometimes you don't pay attention to what you're doing...

Either way, why not just make the whole area a safety? So no one can fire in any open spaces... Or just make it a big safety box where everyone goes to when they enter...

Basically redesign the whole arena, so none of this quote-on-quote, lameness, quote-off-quote, happens again...

Just a simple statement from a simple guy, wait a tick, eh, yea... :P

Ok, I've edited the map to replace the previous...

No real big changes... Kept everything to where you didn't have to redo the bots coordinates or anything... Basically, you can still have fun inside the safety area, but atleast you have a much better chance of making it to safety before you get kicked than before, unless you just aren't giving a damn...

I redid the winners box as well, so now they don't have to fear some levi laming them, unless by mere chance...

Well the server has settings that effect the whole zone and isn't based upon each individual arena... Just to stat that first...

Ok, say you are chatting with some friends and enter tourny, not paying attention, you start wondering around, well some guy gets in a spider and shots at you, killing you, but not stopping... You can run, but eventually he'll get you kicked off by killing you so many times...

The last time I was in tourny you were warped back to safe on death.

The bot warps you back to safety then back to your box I believe.. At least it would make sense since the bot isn't exactly on before the game starts therefor you just respawn in the same spot =]

'Tis all true and very annoying.

Though, now, if I see someone in a Spider trying do disconnect someone, I just hop into a spider and start doing it to them. I remember one particular time I did that and it worked. It disconnected them, the game started, they came back and were like "OMG!!".

You do realise there is one, completely flawless, undoubtedly easy solution

Stay in the safe.

Or better yet, do it to other people. Getting MvP before tourny starts its what its really about.
