I was banned for "lag cheating"

Normally I would ignore comments like this and just brush it off. But. I got banned! so I'm going to give my two cents of what I think SHOULD NOT happen again, don't care much about the ban anymore.

I was subbed very late into a basing game, everything going as usual, then I walked in base seeing an open area. Then "" starts saying stuff about how he'll talk to me after the game.

My team won (of course) and there was lots of complaints of me lagging into base etc. I don't think the mods that LOST the game shouldn't judge on these kinds of lag issues. Not only that, but they say I cable hacked or something and got together, agreed, and banned me.

Well, why would you ban someone if you don't even know what happened. Don't assume that just because I lagged or spiked or whatever means I lag cheated because you don't know anything. Assuming if I had lagged out, disconnected, or just simply lost the game, would have definitely changed your opinion. Don't tell people what you assume what they did and say something like 'You lagged hack and now I ban'.

Main point of my problem is that you didn't tell me what I did wrong or how I fix the problem. Just banning me would tell me that you have no idea what your doing and that if it happens again, I'll just get banned again. This may be a coincidence but all the mods that said 'I hacked' were euro. Well learn some things from Candian's won't ya? Innocent before proven guilty!!

oh and if anyone plans to say I always lag or something like that, I won't be here to read it, save your breath.

From what I saw..
You were down in the usual position a terr will be while his team is attacking cram, and all of a sudden you appeared on right side of FR just as if you had ported. However, you couldn't have laid a portal there, because since your last death you hadn't entered the FR. Usually with bad lag, you start flickering then disappear for a second then reappear, this was definately not the case.

Staffers involved in any incident do not take part in watching the player(s) and are not included in the dicussion. Since you were found manipulating your connection and you seriously had NO third party applications running on your computer (even Downloads) and you were not effecting your hardware then consult your ISP's tech support and email bans@trenchwars.org.

You're also not allowed to bring these kind of issue to the forum.

Not only that, you won the game solely because of you cheating. (Our terr that lagged out was another thing). In a hectic lower battle, you suddenly decide to run almost back to tube, STILL having 3 guys attached to you. You then run right up against base, and *poof* you're inside base, with the 3 guys disattaching. Point proven.

Besides that, the incident was witnessed by 2 ZHs, 1 ER, 2 Moderators and one Dean of Staff.

This thread is the equivalent of throwing rocks at my second floor window. Sure it gets my attention, but could you not smash the windows and just ring the goddamn doorbell instead?

As Kolar is so quick to point out as per usual: In a dissimilar situation where there may be biased opinions on behalf of certain staff when a report is made, they are prevented from taking any action against those persons and someone neutral to the situation is called in, always. Any moderators that did see this happen are merely credible witnesses to the fact and would have had little influence over the outcome.
I haven't had an adequate timeframe with which to sit down for a pow-wow with those in the know regarding the particulars, but I'll get around to that within a day of this post.

Again, would have preferred this in an email though. These kinds of threads do nothing but promote archaic propaganda about how staff are corrupt, as if we were being paid under the table by Russian mafiosa to have you banned (they didn't offer me enough, I went with the Triads). So please send me the email anyway so that I have a means of contact at least.
