CE is worthless after the novelty wears off, its not like you can go into Elim or TWD and not get noticed with your super fast recharge or multifire wb shots. I see plenty of people who are oh so obviously doing it in duel, and when I report them nothing ever happens, oh well. I usually get some dumbass mod who replys with something like "You can't use a hack to speed up your recharge" Too bad you can freeze your energy value, which gives you like an instant recharge rate.

or mods come and say "theres no cheats in this game fool" haha i love those tells alot about staff quality

ppl will reduce there size to 1by1 pixel and staff cant do anything about it. unless you go tro a wall.

You can't go through a wall like that, it makes you almost impossible to kill though. If you set your size at -1x-1pixels you can go through walls

Would this change in some values being controlled server-side as opposed to client-side change the amount of bandwidth needed?

To anyone,
People can go through walls? Wtf? Why in the hell would you need to cheat in Trench Wars... Just get some skill... And dont say you cheat to combat cheaters... because that is just retarded... You know, now I have read this thread I remember several times that some guy in a duel fired a lot faster than me, he blamed it on me 'thrusting' too much... I had not hit shift the whole duel. That is really disheartening...

On a personal note, no one had better make me a member of staff... I would ban anyone cheating in a matter of microseconds... 60 to be exact.

Cheating is just sad.
It's all because people take a game too seriously. They are all little nerd kids who totally freak out each time they die. Shout at their pc, and even throw their monitor off their desk if they go 3-10.
So they just start cheating. Isn't that the easiest way to get 'good' ? Suddenly they notice they don't die anymore, and get 18-2 with their eyes closed.
It's just symbolic of the human being. "If you can't get something by fair means, they just get there by an illegal way."
It's just sad and I pitty the ones who use cheats. They're ruining every little fun thing about the game. And the sad part also is that the Moderators don't seem to have a clue about it. I noticed it was mentioned above already, but indeed .. some Moderators have no CLUE about those cheats. Yet 80% of the non-Staff Pilots know about it and lots of them even know how to use it.
Staff should just get a few Cheater Moderators. Only thing they do is go after the Cheaters. On a hidden name. Change names every week or w/e. And don't warn the cheaters. Just ban them immediately.

Zero tolerance for cheaters.
