Well, you can't let them NOT leave subspace, but you could just say they're banned if they leave before the "Game Over!" thing comes up after the timer ends.

As for the ?squads and ?names commands, I would think that you would need a whole continuum update for that. Priitk and other programmers can't just open a program, rewrite some code, and bling-bling! There's your upgrade. Plus the fact that if you had such a command it would require searching the servers for registered names/squads. Might cause more lag? (I don't know for sure.)
