Anyone else with ploss?

Last week I've had packetloss problems in TW, but only in TW.
Ping is fine 50ave, but S2C has been at 15% and C2S is at the normal 0.0%

Usually my ploss' been at .0 .0

Anzu said he had similar problems, anyone else?

I tried that trace stuff, but thats like asian to me.
