the number of CE reports have increased exponentially is because of paranoia. true, cheaters are on the rise, but its not as bad as some of you think. Since the introduction of CE and the idea/concept of it to the general public, we get reports for just 1 eat in a dd match. "blahblah is using CE! come!!".. goes to the arena, and blahblah is 4-9, and boom dies, out of the game. yup, nice CE usage right there. people are slowing forgetting eating due to lag is a part of this game, and invisible greens do exist. CE is slowly becoming an excuse for losing, sucking, or simply want someone banned.

im not denying there are CE users out there, or ban evaders, but more than 70% of cheater calls are just people using CE has an excuse. "no way this guy can go 15-7 against my squad! CE!" heh

Thats true and I understand where you are coming from with it. However of those calls that you perceive to be an excuse, I'm willing to guess that at least 10% of them are the cheater seeing such and such mod enter the arena and stop using cheats. If I was in a tough situation, say 3v1 getting rushed into a corner and I gave myself a few full charges to take care of it, I'd know that a mod was coming and stop cheating right there. Of course that poor other team now looks like theyre crying wolf when some disgruntled staffer comes and sees nothing

because staff never do anything about cheaters? and does it even matter anymore? Certain well known players have gotten year long bans and just evade in less than 15 minutes, its not that hard to do. on top of that most staff people are basers, they dont know what it means to cheat besides someone greening themselves FCs and having infinite reps, so they dont know what to look for. Staff are pretty incompetent on the cheating issue

I depends what games you've been playing.... And CE isnt the way of cheating.. lag cheating still goes on. Here is a familiar pattern for us.. win round 1 ez /round 2 suddenly some of the opposition lags..eats shots that would have killed them the round before. Some times people get this wrong and get speced....but i think the bot should moniter lag between rounds of matches if there is a big difference....

Another reason for removing full charge greens for twjd and twdd. Less ?cheater calls for staff to deal with.

The problem is though while CE exists and works and there are instuctions on its use public - people are gonna be paranoid!

Alot of the reason I don't host nowadays is because I don't believe in the way TW is being staffed.
