Again we don't know what happened, I think it's fair to give him a chance to clear his name with whatever means are there given that this is not your normal cheater case. Maybe the uppers know something else which cleared him to be unbanned, I don't know so all i'm saying is don't jump to conclusions about this and zone policy. If you want to know, ask.

LB is fucked now. Anyone caught greening themselves no longer has to worry about it. They just refer to this and say someone had a bot do it (someone would have noticed a TWBot in that arena if it was there to prize, thats more obvious than having shields). Its more subtle and if someone was to ever be prized an extra port or something in a base game they really WOULDNT know it wasnt a team green, so how can you ban them after allowing this to happen?

That is still to be determined or released to lower staffers and the players. imo he should have stayed banned (locally at least) until it is sorted out. TWLBots don't have the prize module Izor.

It's not so much that there's no evidence of using a cheat as there is 'reasonable doubt' about what happened.

It's either A:CE which of course staff can't catch everyone B: A staffer did it or C: Another cheat was used. A and C are meaningless, same thing but different bullshit. The only problem is bot commands are not logged because they're sysops, that needs to change. I think it is more likely a staffer did do this but without evidence of it there's nothing that can be done unless that person comes forward. Now would be a good time to change how commands get logged around here.
