Getting back a squad that belongs to someone else

I'm not sure how to do this, but since Mr Magoo gave no surrender to Woody EX, woody hasn't been back to the game (roughly 8 months now?). Is it possible for me (or anyone else you know from NS) to retrieve this squadname that belongs to Woody? I'm sure he won't mind, it's just that he left abruptly and there isn't a way to 'revive' the squad unless an active member owns it.

Meaning you will never get it back unless he returns for dumbfounded reasons beyond human comprehension

You can fill in a form at sshq, and if you have I think its 5-10 other people that were on the squad support your ownership, you can have it reset back to you. That shouldn't be hard if you find the previous no surrender members.
