ASSS has had recording built for at least a couple of years, but HZ's is a custom implementation. It should be noted though that the way it works, the replays are not 100% accurate. It would be a royal pain to do with bots and subgame, plus it would be less reliable and you would either have to watch it in a separate viewing program (Like I believe Powerball used to use?) or have 1 bot per player you are recording.
