how about haveing the 2nd arena as a base lev zone. im thinking keeping the clock(that reaaly does motivate people), and combine that with levs that can attach to a ter but only long enough for full charge.
a time limit for attaching would defintely keep lts from owning the arena and let new folks learn the + and - of levs. instead of them learning in the lev free zones that levs=evil.
in mho in the lev free zones there is much more tk(thats the loudest argument against levs) from sharks and javs. in truth if we educated folks about useing levs correctly (clearing out people that are dumb enough to bunch up at a choke point): it would bring about a game that is far more fun.
the current system lets new folk learn the game without levs, and therefore when they play against levs they think levs are cheap.
i cant argue that a lt can own a pub. i Can argue that a lt can be killed by any ship.
without playing against them they will never know how.
