You shouldn't dissolve. I'm sure you've got plenty of willing people to sit in as captain, especially since you know that your captains will eventually come back (nobody quits). Plus you're a respectable and stable squad mostly for Euros. Without Sk8 that would make none of those type. Then all the Euros will quit and I won't get to hear about Zyc's drunken encounters with lesbos.
