I'm not trying to kick a dead horse but i think the general public should be addressed on this issue, he was caught cheating and he is only playing because of his ban free name. Is there not something to stop this absurd situation from happening?

I believe that the real 'reason' is that it was circumstancial evidence, and that there is no hard proof that his tinfo is caused by anything other than his connection. Although when you look at it its kinda convincing

He was banned, but I think because he did a favor to TW and codes bots, got a banfree as rodney said.

The only well-known ban that I know of involving Sika was a 90-day netban from Ghost Ship in February 2005, which was indeed banfreed in TW. Regardless, it was a loooong time ago.

He was banned for circumstantial evidence in Chaos by a SSC Op who was able to create a program to mimic Sika's strange tinfo, later the stuff was dropped because there was no hard proof on the matter even though it was fairly obvious. Sika is a mod in TW I know because he would enter my 6v6 hockey games to make the teams 6v7 which only someone with powers in the ?go hockey arena are able to do. He did some bot coding, such as working on tournybot I believe or the tourny website, either way he went fairly inactive on the helping TW front and lost his powers recently I believe. That is the story. not much too it.
