Too many people don't go into the base to help the team in Pub 0. People who don't make it into the main base area within like a minute should be put into spec for like 5 minutes since they aren't doing what they are supposed to be doing. Though, I'm not sure what coords you would need to reach in order for it to acknowledge you are trying.

I doubt that will happen. Roofing and staying in spawn area may be bad for basing but it isn't against the rules.
