Money, I don't expect you to have known that Israeli's finest had been banned for teamkilling at the time that screenshot was taken. He was not referring to the name with which he was using at the time, but rather his own.
It only proves Finest is really F15-I's brother or close friend (as I originally suspected. Go me) which does give him the opportunity to play from that connection. But since those connections do not have the same origin, I suspect isn't a lot of time.
I imagine if you ever played from a cousin or best mate's house regularly, they wouldn't appreciate being banned along with you if ever I felt the need to block all possible avenues from which you would access the zone again, would they?

I have to agree with Tard on this one. Isrealis Finest was in elim and did the same thing to me. I got close to him and he ate,then jumped and appeared almost right on top of my ship and killed me. I did ?help Isrealis Finest is doing the same shit F-15 got banned for I think they are the same guy. Falk said ok thanks we are looking into it. Then I pmed Isrealis Finest and said I thought you were banned F-15. He said how did you know it was me. I said dude it's simple you have another Name with Isreali in it and you do the same lame shit. He was like don't tell anyone. I was like hmmm ok. Then I did ?help again. From now on I'm going to do ?log in my auto file. I am positive that the two names are the same guy. He told me so. Here is what I would do. I would unban Isreali F-15. I'll reban F15 if there's significant evidence that he's in the zone, however all indications tell me F15 is still unsuccessful in his attempts.
