should have a !trade option. similar to the 'add another player' request in bds and the like. both captains have to agree, and the players agreed upon just switch freqs.

probably it wouldnt be used very often, but i've seen a lot of games die just because one side is ridiculously overwhelming the other one. i just think it'd be a nice option to have. just an idea.
