I completly agree, changing names when you become staff is retarded. I'm not even a fan of shortening, but I can understand why you'd do it, some staff names are pretty long (obviously nockm <staff> is better than no one can kill me <staff> -- i just don't like it as much)

Only reason I used Nockm <xx> was because the bot wouldn't recognize me unabbreviated.
