Squadnames not used for a certain amount of time should be given out again...

(squadnames that have been in the league for a certain amount of time... (lets say 3 months) should be freed from this)

You mean reset (given out?) Most squadnames are tied directly into whoever owns the squad. If that player name resets the squads will go to *unknown* status. Some squads do reset but that doesn't happen very often. As long as one person is joined to a squad every couple of months it won't ever reset.

The only TWO TIME TWLJ All-Star and TWLB All-Star who never played a game.
