...And because he is still sending those messages while being banned indicates to me that he is not learning the lesson, therefore more time is being given. It started as 30 days, but for every new ?message I have relayed to me, I add one, then two, then three, then four days, ad infinitum until you stop. seeing as how rudy found out 10 months ago about the lie and allowed ban free for that amount of time would obviously mean he was abusing in one respect

second form of abuse = rudy rebanning claiming to have discovered the said lie.....shouldn't this of been taken care of the first time? TW needs double jeapordy laws. maybe a few checks and balances as well

no, double jeapordy would be being found inoccent of a crime, like OJ, and not being able to be retried.

therefore getting banfree = being found innocent, and the reban = would violate a double jeapordy law
